Meet Our Staff
Brian Moore
Part owner and vice president of production at Dry By Design, Brian has worked for decades in the restoration industry. He focuses the company's operations on quality and communication and invests time in gaining valuable education on material processes and project management. Brian organizes all the labor and materials for each project so that all jobs are completed on time and on budget.
Charles Wallace
Charles is a part owner and president of Dry By Design. He earned his bachelor’s in finance and a minor in economics from the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University and Purdue University, Indianapolis. He is certified with the IICRC for antimicrobial remediation, applied structural drying, and water restoration.
Having worked in construction and real estate as a commercial real estate appraiser trainee for three years, Charles decided to get back to the hands-on aspect of real estate and started the parent company of Dry By Design, Wallace Asset Management in 2008. He has built homes, handled many remodeling projects, and completed several restorations for water, fire, and mold.
He has also worked with investors to manage rental properties and projects successfully. Charles brings technical knowledge and expertise to the company and is responsible for estimating and project management.
